LZI Universeller Negativ-Kalibrator, nur für die In-vitro-Diagnostik, dient als negativer Kalibrator zur semiquantitativen Kalibrierung von LZI-Enzymimmunoassays für Beckman Coulter, Inc. auf klinisch-chemischen Analyseautomaten. Der Kalibrator ist eine gebrauchsfertige Flüssigkeit auf Basis von menschlichem Urin mit Puffern, Stabilisatoren und weniger als 0,1 % Natriumazid. Vorsichtsmaßnahmen und Warnungen sind zu beachten, wie z.B. Gesundheitsschädlichkeit bei Verschlucken und potenzielle Explosionsgefahr durch Reaktion mit Blei- und Kupferrohren. Die Kalibratoren sind bei 2-8 ºC zu lagern und haben ein bestimmtes Verfallsdatum. Eine erneute Kalibrierung ist nach einem Wechsel der Reagenzienfläschchen, Wechsel der Kalibratoren oder der Reagenziencharge sowie nach einer Gerätewartung erforderlich.
