The Gowin GW1NRF-LV4MOD/CEIT is a certified Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 wireless module with a Gowin GW1NRF4 Bluetooth µSoC FPGA, antenna, passives, oscillators, IO headers, and interference shield in a 20.5x18.5mm2 footprint. It features -94dBm Bluetooth LE receiver sensitivity, -34 to +6.1dBm transmitter output power range, flexible GPIO voltage, and separate power rails for 5nA power gating mode. The module supports FPGA and ARC processor programming via JTAG interface and has integrated antenna, 32Khz and 48Mhz oscillators, and edge or 2mm header connector. Software features include GW1NRF-4B FPGA development support in GOWIN IDE v1.9.3 and above, configuration editor, and example designs with mobile apps for iPhone and Android.
