Summary

Determine if phase-separated fuel is fixable by sticking the tank with water finding paste and calculating the amount of phase separation. Take top and bottom layer samples and mix them to check for phase separation. If it's a catastrophic event, reversal may not be economical. Add 50% of Hydroburn PSR to an empty tanker/pump truck, pump 2% of the fuel from the bottom of the tank into the truck, and then add the remaining 50% of PSR to the tank. Pump the fuel from the bottom of the tank into the truck and back into the tank, turning over the volume three times. Follow safety instructions, including wearing personal protective equipment and using non-sparking tools.
