Requirements:

- PC or Mac (personal or provided by AVCS)
- Kandao Meeting Pro Device (delivered by AVCS)
- USB cable to connect to your computer (provided by AVCS)
- USB power cable (provided by AVCS)
- Tripod (optional, for flexible positioning)

Positioning:

- Place the device within 20 feet of the presentation area, facing the front of the room.
- Position it near the center of the room and at or near sitting head-level for optimal camera angle.

Set Up:

1. Plug the device into an electrical outlet using the USB-C style plug.
2. Turn on your computer.
3. Connect the device to your computer using the provided USB cable.
4. Remove the camera lens protector.
5. Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. Wait for a green light at the bottom indicating connection and functionality.
6. Launch your live session tool (e.g., Teams or Collaborate).
7. Select Kandao Meeting as your microphone and camera in the meeting settings.

Troubleshooting:

- If the green light doesn't appear immediately, hold the power button for 3 seconds then wait. Avoid pressing power again until the light turns on.
- Computer recognition may take several minutes, especially upon first use. Restarting your computer can help if immediate recognition fails.

Use:

- The Kandao Meeting functions as a web camera, microphone, and speakers for your computer.
- Five camera modes are available, accessible through the MODE button on the remote or device.
- Press any button on the remote to "wake" it. For pairing issues, hold "OK" and "VOLUME -" for 3 seconds.
