Summary

Use only approved low voltage 24V DC power supplies, do not stare into LED lights, and check polarity. Route wires to avoid pinching, and keep low voltage wires separate from AC main power. Connect LED ribbon to an approved low voltage driver, not 120V AC power. Plan installation, including power supply placement and switching method. Cut LED ribbon at marked points, and connect wire lead clip connectors with correct polarity. Join sections with power feeds and test connections. Prepare surface before installing peel-and-stick LED ribbon, and troubleshoot issues such as no light, blinking, dimming, or flickering by checking power supply, polarity, connections, and voltage drop.
