A list of approved lithium-ion and hybrid (sodium)-ion batteries from various manufacturers, including ADS-TEC, Akasol, Axitec, BMZ, BYD, GNB, Hoppecke, IBC, Leclanché, LG Chem, Mercedes-Benz Energy, Murata, Sony, SSL Energie, and Tesvolt, is provided. The list includes information on firmware, compatibility with self-consumption systems, battery backup systems, and off-grid systems, as well as certification and proof of conformity according to safety guidelines.

It is warned that a fire may occur due to incorrect charging of fully discharged batteries, resulting in death or serious injury.
