The LM4040-N/-Q1 is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference with features including AEC Q-100 qualification for automotive applications, small packages (SOT-23, TO-92, and SC70), no required output capacitor, and fixed reverse breakdown voltages of 2.048V, 2.5V, 3V, 4.096V, 5V, 8.192V, and 10V. It has applications in field transmitters, energy infrastructure, data acquisition, analog input modules, automotive, and audio and video. The device has a low output noise of 35μVrms, wide operating current range of 60μA to 15mA, and low temperature coefficient of 100ppm/°C.
