Summary

Build a mono amplifier kit by following these steps:
1. Place resistors (R1, R2, R3) in the correct positions on the PCB.
2. Solder the IC holder into IC1, ensuring correct orientation.
3. Solder the ceramic disc capacitor (C1) and electrolytic capacitors (C2, C3) into their respective positions.
4. Connect the power wires from the PP3 battery clip to the PCB.
5. Connect the input wires from the 3.5mm jack to the PCB.
6. Cut and connect the speaker wires to the PCB and speaker.
7. Insert the IC into the holder.
Before use, check the PCB for correct component placement, soldering, and wire connections.
Optional: add an on/off switch by connecting the battery clip to the switch and then to the PCB.
If issues arise, use the fault-finding flow chart to identify and resolve problems.
