Summary

1. Check your account balance through one of three options:
a. Home Screen: visible upon logging into the Member Information Center (MIC)
b. Account Settings: access the billing area from the Account Settings button > Billing
c. Billing section: go to Settings > Billing

2. Make a payment using one of two options:
Option 1: Click the Pay button on the home screen to access the Billing area, select invoices to pay, and click Continue.
Option 2: For accounts without an open balance, click Settings > Billing > Make a Payment > Make an additional payment, enter the amount and comment, and click Continue.

3. Review your order in the Shopping Cart, make any changes, and proceed to the credit card screen to complete the payment.

Key areas in the MIC include:
1. Make a Payment Button: for paying open invoices or making additional payments
2. Transaction History: displays a list of transaction history for the account
3. Shopping Cart: shows items chosen to pay but not yet completed.
