Network Address Planning

Allocate IP addresses with the idea of potentially upgrading to a two-node cluster
Reserve addresses for the second node, even if not used immediately
Use a scheme to allocate ranges of IP addresses, such as:
+ First Cluster (10s, 20s): 192.168.x.10-19 (mgmt LIF addrs), 192.168.x.20-29 (data LIF addrs)
+ Second Cluster (30s, 40s): 192.168.x.30-39 (mgmt LIF addrs), 192.168.x.40-49 (data LIF addrs)
