1. Leveling & Door Alignment: Level the fridge when empty, adjust the Leveling Leg Control with a flat head screwdriver, and align the door by inserting a Snap Ring between the door and grommet.
2. Automatic Ice Maker issues: Allow 24 hours for the fridge to cool, dispense a few cubes after 8 and 16 hours, and press the Ice Make button to activate.
3. Water line not connected: Connect the water line, set the ice making function to "Ice Maker Off", and do not use the water dispenser.
4. Small ice cubes or slow water dispensing: Replace the filter cartridge and dispense at least 3 gallons of water to remove trapped air.
5. Water not cool enough: Dispense several glasses of water until it's cool.
6. Water dispenser dripping: Insert the water line fully into the coupler to prevent leakage.
7. Fridge or freezer compartments warm: Allow 24 hours for the fridge to reach the set temperature.
8. Moisture on the outside/inside: Wipe off condensation, turn off the Energy Saving function, and avoid frequent door opening.
9. Noise: Clicks, pops, and cracks are normal due to temperature changes and electronic devices.
10. Display issues: Replace the water filter, reset the filter indicator, and press the "Ice Maker" button to turn off the ice making function.
11. Food stored in the fridge is frozen: Keep moist food away from cooling vents.
12. Moving the refrigerator: Pull or push it straight forward or backward, avoiding side-to-side movement.
