Summary

To make requested changes to a study/application in IRISS, follow these steps:
1. Receive an email indicating changes are required, click the Ethics ID link to access the Study Workspace, or access it from your Personal Home page.
2. View Reviewer Notes in the History Tab and click on the comment bubble to view specific notes.
3. Navigate to the relevant page using the Edit Study button and make necessary changes as per reviewer notes.
4. Respond to Reviewer Notes by clicking Reply, adding comments, and saving your response.
5. Once all changes are made and responses are submitted, click Save & Close and then Submit Changes under My Activities.
