Summary

To transfer membership, go to your RX membership page, try to register with the new club, and the system will notify your home club and local union. If there are no issues, they will approve the transfer, and you'll receive an email notification. Once approved, complete your registration with the new club, and you'll appear on their Squad Member list. Your original payment to USA Rugby will apply to your new club, and if you're due a refund, it will be automatically applied. If you don't receive a notification within 5 business days, contact the Senior Club Eligibility Committee. You can play with the new team in qualifying matches, but may need a waiver for playoffs. Creating a new registration is not allowed, as it can result in ineligibility to play.
