- Assembly Instructions:
- Remove the chair from the box, locate the RED plastic bag containing the power transformer, power cord, legs, and control wand.
- Install the legs onto the base of the chair and turn it upright.
- Connect the control wand to the female plug in the left side pocket of the chair.
- Align the back's female brackets with the male brackets in the chair base, slide the back down, and push it to lock it into position.
- If your model has back wings, align the male and female brackets and slide the wing down into place.
- Connect the power transformer cable to the corresponding plug coming from the back of the chair, then connect the power cord into the transformer and an electrical outlet.

- Power Button Operation:
- Press the power button to disable the chair functions; the green light will turn off.
- If the chair is not functioning, check the plug and connection of the cords first.

- Backup Batteries Installation:
- Install 2-9 volt backup batteries in the transformer to operate the chair from the reclined position to the seating position in case of a power failure.

- Troubleshooting:
- If the chair will not operate, check that the transformer is correctly connected and that the wire from the chair to the transformer is firmly connected.
