Prerequisites:

- Create a Bid Package

Steps:

1. Navigate: Go to your project's Bidding tool.
2. Select Bid Package: Open the specific bid package for which you want to send correspondence.
3. Access Correspondence Tab: Click on the "Correspondence" tab.
4. Create Correspondence: Click "Create".
5. Recipient Selection:
- BCC: Automatically populated with all invited bidders unless they've opted out ("Will Not Bid"). You can remove individuals or select all.
- Important Note: Only invite recipients who have been invited to bid on this specific package.
6. Correspondence Details:

- Subject: Compose the email subject.
- Attachments: Attach relevant files (e.g., updated documents) by clicking "Attach File(s)". Bid package documents are automatically attached.
- Message: Write your message for the bidders.

7. Send Correspondence: Review your correspondence details and click "Send".

Important Considerations:

- Performance: Large correspondences (over 2,000 bidders) may impact application performance.
- Privacy: Bidders only see the recipients listed in the BCC field; they cannot view other recipients. They also cannot reply to the correspondence email.
- Bid Form Integration: If using Bid Management Enhanced Experience, bid forms will automatically populate invited recipient lists.
