La valvola overcenter semplice WBCSELU e WBCASELU è progettata per controllare il movimento di un attuatore in una sola direzione, bloccarlo e regolare il flusso idraulico. Le sue caratteristiche principali includono:

Applicazione:
- Controllo del movimento e blocco unidirezionale di attuatori.
- Arresto del flusso, discesa controllata dei carichi evitando la cavitazione.
- Protezione del circuito idraulico da aumenti di pressione.
- Compatibile con distributori a centro aperto.

Costruzione:
- Componenti in acciaio trattati termicamente, senza possibilità di trafilamenti.
- Disponibile in diverse dimensioni (02, 03, 04) e intervalli di pressione di lavoro (30-220 Bar, 60-350 Bar).
- Opzioni personalizzate: corpo su misura e rapporti di pilotaggio diversi.

Installazione:
- Connettere la porta V2 all'alimentazione, C2 all'attuatore e PIL alla linea di pilotaggio.

Funzionamento:
- Il flusso è libero da V2 a C2.
- Applicando pressione sulla porta PIL, il flusso si sposta gradualmente da C2 a V2, prevenendo aumenti improvvisi nella velocità di discesa.
- La taratura deve essere del 30% superiore alla pressione indotta dal carico.

Caratteristiche:
- Materiali: acciaio o alluminio.
- Rapporto di pilotaggio: 1:4.25, 1:6.2.
- Portate massime variabili (40 l/min, 60 l/min, 120 l/min).
- Pesi e dimensioni specifici per ogni dimensione della valvola.

A single overcenter valve, designed to control actuator movement in one direction, prevents anticavitation, protects hydraulic circuits from pressure spikes, and allows flow in the opposite direction. Made of hardened steel with no leakage, it's suitable for open center distributors and requires a 30% higher setting than load-induced pressure. Installation involves connecting ports V2, C2, and Pil as specified.
