The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, as well as compliance with product descriptions, invoices, and manuals current at the time of shipment.

Warranty Period:
- Two years from the date of product shipment, expiring no later than 27 months after shipment.
- Does not extend or restart the original warranty period if a defective product is repaired or replaced.

Coverage:
- Applies to the original end-user within the 50 states of the USA and Canada.
- Excludes transfers or assignments without prior written permission from Vertiv.
- Only valid for purchases for commercial or industrial use.

Warranty Claims Procedure:
- Users must contact Vertiv within 30 days of discovering a defect, providing detailed information.
- Vertiv will issue an RMA number for returns, which must be clearly marked on the shipping labels and packaging.
- Vertiv covers shipping costs for authorized returns to their designated address.

Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper application, incorrect electrical current, negligence, inappropriate operating conditions, or tampering.
- Issues arising from unauthorized shipping, installation, maintenance, or service items, including labor costs and transportation charges.
- Consumables like air filters are not covered.
- The warranty is void if the product is stored in unsuitable conditions after shipment or if internal batteries discharge below minimum cutoff points.

Limitations:
- This limited warranty excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- User's sole remedy is repair or replacement as per the warranty terms.
- Vertiv's liability for property loss or damage is limited to the net product purchase price.
- Consequential damages, such as lost profits or business interruption, are excluded.
