The SKY13522-644LF is a 0.7 to 6.0 GHz high-isolation single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with single-bit control, featuring a broadband frequency range, high isolation of 47 dB at 2.2 GHz, and a small 8-pin QFN package. It is used for single-ended switching in cellular applications, maintaining low insertion loss and high isolation for all switching paths. The switch is controlled by a single control voltage input, connecting the antenna port to one of two switched RF outputs.
