## Starting an ERN Patient Panel (Summary)

This guide outlines the process of creating and managing a patient panel within the ERN platform (cpms.ern-net.eu).

Accessing the Platform:

1. Login: Access the platform via https://cpms.ern-net.eu/login/.
2. Navigate to Dashboard: Click on 'Centre' to reach your centre dashboard.
3. View Patient List: Select 'Patient List' to view and choose a patient for panel creation.

Creating the Panel:

1. Select Patient: Click on the desired patient to access their profile.
2. Open New Panel: Click on 'Open New Panel'.

Panel Setup (Part 2):

- The system automatically opens a Consultation Form tab.
- Complete Required Fields: Fill in all mandatory fields within the Consultation Request.
- Optional Tabs: You can also complete additional tabs of the comprehensive patient consultation form (e.g., Attachments, Panel Members, Meetings).
- Save & Close: After completing required fields, save your changes and close the form.

Panel Configuration Notes:

- Urgency: Selecting urgency triggers email notifications for panel members regarding updates.
- Multi-Specialty Teams (MTGs): Choose 1 (and optionally 2) MTGs; their experts will be prioritized in your panel during member invitations.
- Form Validation: The form will turn valid upon completing all required fields, and the message "Form contains error or omissions" will disappear.
- Panel Member Invitations: After saving, a panel with the configured settings is generated, allowing you to edit, download, add comments, and manage other aspects (refer to separate manuals for these actions).
