Install the swim spa on a level concrete pad designed to support at least 26,000 lbs (11,793 kg). Avoid dirt surfaces or direct ground contact.
The surface must be flat, level, and strong enough to support the weight of the filled spa (minimum 200 lbs per square foot load).
Recommend a reinforced concrete slab at least four inches thick with embedded reinforcing mesh or rod attached to a bond wire. Levelness should be checked by spraying water on the surface; correct any puddles or runoff before placement.
