Summary

The BLUESTAR® FORENSIC MEDIUM KIT is used for detecting latent bloodstains. The kit includes a chemiluminescent solution, oxidizing tablets, and a trigger spray head. To use, mix the solution with the oxidizing tablets and allow 1-2 minutes for complete dissolution. The working solution has an active life of 24 hours and can cover an area of approximately 50 m². Application should be done in total darkness, and the solution should be sprayed in a fine mist from waist height. Photography of latent blood prints can be done with a regular camera, and total darkness is not required. The kit has a 3-year shelf life before mixing, and after mixing, it should not be stored. Dispose of unused solution and cleaning residues according to local regulations. Material safety data sheets are available on the manufacturer's website.
