Summary

The TC54 series are CMOS voltage detectors with features including ±2.0% detection thresholds, small packages, low current drain, and wide detection and operating voltage ranges. Applications include battery voltage monitoring, microprocessor reset, system brown-out protection, and level discriminator. The devices have an open-drain or complementary output stage and operate with an extremely low 1 µA operating current. The threshold voltage can be specified from 1.4V to 6.0V with a 2% tolerance. Electrical characteristics include operating voltage, quiescent current, threshold voltage, hysteresis voltage, output current, and delay time. The devices are available in 3-pin SOT-23A, SOT-89, and TO-92 packages.
