- All VISA and Mastercard/Maestro cards authorized for online payments can be used.
- Co-branded cards that are MasterCard or VISA cards can be used for online payments.
- Loyalty point cards issued by merchants/service providers cannot be used for online payments.

Payment process:
- The customer initiates payment on the merchant's website and is redirected to the bank's payment page.
- The customer enters their card number, expiry date, and 3-digit validation code.
- The transaction is authorized in real-time, checking the card's authenticity, coverage, and purchase limit.
- If the details are correct, the amount is blocked on the customer's card and debited within a few days.

Failed payments and tasks:
- Payments can fail due to internet use of the card being prohibited, incorrect card data, or the card being expired.
- Connection errors or technical errors can also cause failed payments.
- In case of a failed payment, the customer should contact their account-holding bank.

Security:
- The payment process uses a 256-bit encrypted communication channel (TLS) to protect the customer's data.
- The CVC2/CVV2 code is a security verification for Visa cardholders.
- Verified by Visa and Mastercard ID Check are security checks to protect against unauthorized use of cards.
