This thesis, titled "PEMBANGUNAN ELEMEN MULTIMEDIA BERASASKAN CONTENT DAN CONTEXT SENI DALAM PdP UNTUK PENDIDIKAN LATIHAN TEKNIKAL DAN VOKASIONAL", was submitted by Siti Soleha Binti Razali to fulfill the requirements for the Master of Technical and Vocational Education degree at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. The study aimed to develop multimedia elements based on content and context of art in teaching and learning for Technical and Vocational Education. The research used the Fuzzy Delphi method, involving interviews with five experts in multimedia and art, followed by analysis and validation by nine experts. The results showed that 80 items from eight elements were accepted, with some items rejected in the "deria" element. The study's implications can contribute to guidelines for educators in Technical and Vocational Education, and it is recommended that the development of multimedia elements based on content and context of art be continued to create guidelines for future educators.
