Summary

This study analyzes the implementation of waqf in Kuwait from the perspective of Endowments Jurisprudence, exploring its progress and developments. Kuwait has a strategy in developing waqf by productively utilizing waqf assets through various investment channels and distributing the results according to the conditions set by the waqif. The study uses literature research and documentary methods to obtain data from books, journals, the internet, and papers. The results show that Kuwait's waqf management has played an important role in the development of the Kuwaiti State, and its waqf programs have improved the quality of existing Waqf Institutions. The study concludes that Kuwait's waqf has been effective in achieving social and economic welfare, and its management has been in line with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence.
