1. Faktor internal: kesehatan (43,3%), cacat tubuh (49,25%), inteligensi (62,7%), minat (74,6%), bakat (58,2%) e motivasi (46,2%).
2. Faktor eksternal: keluarga (49,2%), sekolah (55,2%) e masyarakat e mass media (47,76%).
3. Faktor internal dominan: minat.
4. Faktor eksternal dominan: sekolah.
Saran:
1. Siswa: aumentar esforço no estudo, dormir o suficiente e sentar na frente da sala.
2. Guru: aumentar o interesse e motivação dos alunos, usar métodos variados e aplicar quizzes.
3. Escola: aumentar o número de livros, literatura e receitas, melhorar a infraestrutura e equipamentos.
4. Pais: aumentar o apoio, monitorar o uso de mídias sociais e TV, e melhorar a comunicação com os filhos.
