Summary

Two States Parties submitted four nominations for inscription in 2010 on the Urgent Safeguarding List. The nominations were examined by appointed examiners and include: China's watertight-bulkhead technology of Chinese junks, China's wooden movable-type printing, Croatia's Ojkanje singing, and Mexico's The Yúmare of the O'oba (Lower Pimas) and their oral tradition.

However, Mexico withdrew two nominations, La Maroma or peasant circus and The Yúmare of the O'oba (Lower Pimas) and their oral tradition, leaving four nominations for evaluation by the Committee.

The nominations are:
• China: The watertight-bulkhead technology of Chinese junks
• China: Wooden movable-type printing of China
• China: Meshrep
• Croatia: Ojkanje singing

The Committee will consider draft decisions and annexes with an overview of each nomination and examination reports.
