- Nominating: Recommends officers for FY 22: Sean Feigo (President), Neil McLaughlin (Vice President), Darah Kehnemuyi (Secretary/Treasurer). A letter to JCC regarding future board appointments is in discussion.
- Agriculture Development: Finalizing RFP for a part-time Ag consulting position; an Ag page on the updated website is proposed.
- Business Development & Marketing: Interviewed Realtors for Burr Industrial Park.
- Government & Legislative Affairs: Thrasher Group to discuss lot evaluation study, potential new industrial park sites, and recovery assistance at the May 13 meeting.
- Strategic Planning: No report provided.

Unfinished Business:
- Ad Hoc Nominating Committee (as per Item 5).
- Ad Hoc Committee/Personnel Change (to be reported to full board in May).
- Legal Update: FOIA request for in camera review of documents; documents have been provided.
- Sale contract consideration for Burr Industrial Park (as below).

- Personnel Issue: Discussed privately during Executive Session.
- RFP for Website and Videography/Photography: Staff to present proposal on May 18, followed by a recommendation to the full board.
