The results showed that the weed control method did not change acid concentrations, but significant differences were seen between cultivars. 'Saturna' had higher contents of citric, tartaric, and fumaric acids, while 'Rywal' had more malic acid. Storage period and lower temperature promoted malic acid accumulation, while other acids decreased, with fumaric acid decreasing by up to 70% after 6 months.
