Summary

Withdrawal refunds are applicable to all tuition and fees except non-refundable fees. Refunds are based on the session length and the day of withdrawal. The refund percentages are as follows:
- 3, 4, and 5 week sessions: 100% prior to first class day, 80% on class day 1, 50% on class day 2, and 0% after class day 2.
- 8 week sessions: 100% prior to first class day, 80% on class days 1-3, 50% on class days 4-6, and 0% after class day 6.
- 10 week sessions: 100% prior to first class day, 80% on class days 1-5, 70% on class days 6-10, 50% on class days 11-15, 25% on class days 16-20, and 0% after class day 20.
Any refund will be applied to remaining unpaid obligations, and if a student has paid in full, a refund will be processed within 30 days.
