The University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering has a refund schedule for the 2023-2024 Fall-Winter session, which is divided into four categories:
1. Academic Fees, including program fees and course fees, with refund percentages ranging from 100% to 0% depending on the cancellation date.
2. Incidental Fees, which are reversed only when registration is cancelled, with refund percentages ranging from 100% to 0% depending on the cancellation date.
3. Ancillary Fees, including fees for specific programs or courses, with refund percentages ranging from 100% to 0% depending on the cancellation date.
4. Other Fees, such as the System Access Fee and University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP) Fee, which have specific refund policies.

Refund schedules vary by category and registration type, with key dates including:
- September 6 and January 7 for 100% refunds for program and course fees
- September 20 and January 21 for 100% refunds for incidental and ancillary fees
- September 7-20 and January 8-21 for 100% refunds less a minimum charge for program fees
- Later dates for reduced refund percentages

Exceptions to the refund schedules will only be considered in cases of university error, and any credit resulting from a fee reversal will be applied to outstanding charges on the student's ACORN account before being eligible for disbursement.
