Thirdmill Institute is working with Pastor José Escobar in Colombia to train effective agents of the gospel, providing a biblical understanding of the Gospel of Grace to overcome distorted theologies. Pastor José's church in Cartagena is part of a network of churches in 10 cities along Colombia's northern coast, and he hopes to multiply learning communities throughout Colombia. Thirdmill Institute provided training sessions on Zoom for Pastor José and his seven facilitators, and they plan to continue these types of trainings in the future.

In Ethiopia, Pastor Henok Tadesse Wotango is partnering with Thirdmill to provide biblical education to rural pastors, with a goal of raising up 15 learning communities in each of 10 major centers in the next 12 months. Thirdmill Institute has a goal of reaching 2,000 more Christian leaders and equipping more partners to train even more leaders, with a fundraising goal of $50,000.

Testimonies from the field include a church leader in Tanzania who was able to connect stranded students with a pastor from another partner church, and a conservative Pentecostal church that showed interest in Thirdmill Institute lessons despite initial hostility.
