USDF Photograph Release Form and Guidelines for Rider Awards and Year-End Awards: deadlines are the first Friday in October for Rider Awards and the last Friday in October for Year-End Awards. Digital photographs only, 4” x 6” and 300 dpi, must be emailed with a release form to [email protected]. Photographs from first place and Rider Award recipients will be considered for the annual yearbook based on guidelines, quality, and space. Riders must be wearing approved headgear and their face must be visible. Release forms must be completed by riders, owners, or professional photographers, granting limited reproduction rights to USDF for use in the yearbook and other publications.
