A series of in-house training sessions were held to improve educational quality:
1. "FD Cafe" on July 27, 2016, with 43 teachers and 10 students to discuss improving education.
2. "Classes that increase learning motivation" on November 23, 2016, with 34 staff members to report on notable classes.
3. "FD Cafe" on December 7, 2016, with 26 teachers and 30 students to discuss improving education.
4. "Course goals and evaluation criteria" on December 14, 2016, with 30 teachers to clarify course objectives.
5. "Education Enhancement Program" on February 27-28, 2017, with 16 teachers to make students active learners.
Additionally, surveys were conducted:
- "Class improvement survey" in 2016 to gather student feedback.
- "Academic and life survey" in December 2016 to understand students' learning motivation and life situations.
The university also participated in the "FD Network Tsubasa" and "Sendai Private University Education Affairs Research Cooperation" to improve education and student support.
