Summary

中日本自動車短期大学の学修成果評価は、ディプロマポリシー、カリキュラムポリシー、アドミッションポリシーの3つのポリシーに基づき、機関レベル、教育課程レベル、科目レベルの3段階で行われる。評価の目的は、学生の学修成果を把握し、教育の改善・向上に取り組み、社会への説明責任を果たすことである。評価方法としては、機関レベルで学生の志望進路や卒業率を評価し、教育課程レベルで卒業要件達成状況や単位取得状況を評価し、科目レベルでシラバスに基づく学修目標に対する学生の評価結果を評価する。評価指標としては、卒業率、資格取得率、就職率、GPA分布、休学率、退学率、授業アンケート、学修到達度アンケートなどが用いられる。評価結果をもとに、改善・向上策を講じ、教育の質を高めることが目標である。
