公司舉行虛擬或混合式成員大會的良好作業模式指引由2023年4月28日起生效。《公司條例》規定公司必須在指定期限內舉行一次周年成員大會，而周年成員大會以外的成員大會亦可視乎需要不時舉行。公司可以在實體場地舉行大會、舉行全虛擬成員大會或以虛擬和實體方式舉行成員大會。指引旨在就根據《公司條例》或《舊有公司條例》成立及註冊的公司舉行全虛擬或混合式成員大會，提供一般資訊及良好作業模式。公司應選擇最適當的成員大會舉行方式，除須根據法例及公司本身的章程細則的規定召開有效的會議之外，亦須考慮實體會議是否仍是最適當的方式，或是舉行全虛擬或混合式成員大會，更能促進與成員的溝通和提高成員的參與程度。
