The activities of each specialized committee are as follows:
1. General Affairs and Planning Committee:
- Consider the ideal consumer response department in the post-corona era
- Improve basic skills for customer satisfaction and level up individual companies
- Enhance communication between management and customer response departments
- Promote consumer awareness activities in collaboration with related industries
- Allocate budgets and reduce expenses for association operations
- Review NAS solutions after 7 years

2. Consumer Response Committee:
- Improve customer response skills and satisfaction
- Hold bi-monthly consumer response research meetings in 4 areas
- Accumulate and utilize customer information and propose solutions for difficult cases
- Allow remote participation in research meetings outside of one's own area
- Implement annual research meetings with the same theme for skill improvement
- Support creation of customer response manuals and standardization
- Collaborate with association advisors and lawyers for support
- Utilize external experts and member companies' experiences for challenge resolution
- Analyze trends and resolve challenges through business reality surveys

3. Information and Public Relations Committee:
- Provide information to member companies through BB NEWS
- Revise the association's website for more content and information dissemination
- Plan and operate the autumn training meeting

4. Technical Research Committee:
- Support member companies with challenges related to food labeling law revisions
- Plan quality-related lectures
- Update "Manual B" as needed in a planned manner
