A "secret" of sustainability

emotional intelligence, technical
correct communication, time
management and many other things
that will help them manage their
daily issues at a better level.
Also, a new element that will be
seen in educational programs in
2018 is the exploitation of
diversity. Each entrepreneur today
is called to have three and four
generations simultaneously, to be
able to have a balanced value
system to achieve dynamic
development.
Finally, a basic element that
we see in new trends in education
is the management of Millennials.
Through the Managing Millennials
program, Millennials are encouraged
to develop their strengths, such as
speed, technology, internationalization
and extroversion, following the
following:
1. Recognition of diversity.
2. Feedback for results.
3. Creation of trust relationships
(bringinging the gap).
A significant trend is observed
in the business world regarding the
development of academies. For
what reasons does it happen? It
concerns all businesses;
Large businesses worldwide,
such as Apple, McDonald's, and
General Motors, have developed
their academies for many years.
In Greece, in recent years, large
and smaller businesses have also
begun to develop their own academies.
My experience has shown that
very successful academies have
existed in businesses of 40, 150, 250
and 20,000 people!
The academy is the internal
university of a business, the
practical love of Management for
the Development of Human Capital,
the absolutely modern method
for the rapid and correct
application of models, systems and
diagnostics and the cohesive
link in the creation of corporate
culture!

not just 10 techniques. The
Experience of the Customer is how
the customer feels and feels every
time they come into contact with
the business.

How important is executive
