Summary

Az "agreed wording" implementációk során a magyar nyelvű kísérőiratok változnak, amikor európai szintű döntés születik egy részleges vagy teljes angol nyelvű kísérőirat-szövegben. Az agreed wording típusai közé tartoznak a referral eljárások, PRAC ajánlások, PSUSA, PSUFU, Advice from CMDh és Paediatric worksharing eljárások. A hivatalos magyar fordítások az EMA és HMA-CMDh honlapjain találhatók. Az OGYÉI kéri a kérelmezőket, hogy a hivatalos fordításokat használják, minimális igazításokkal. Probléma esetén az OGYÉI Kísérőirat Értékelő és Lektoráló Osztályát kell felkeresni. A gyógyszercégeknek módosítási kérelmet kell benyújtaniuk a szövegek implementálásához, figyelembe véve a CMDh útmutatásait, és ügyelve az ellentmondások és ismétlések elkerülésére.
