- Snow Training: Dec 3, 7, 10, 14, 17 (follow FB for updates)
- Training Groups: Green (2011-2014, ski), Blue (2009-2011, ski & technique), Red (2006-2009, technique, speed), Black (2006+, technique, speed), Gray (adult ski glade).
- Equipment: Innetrening: innesko, treningsklær, drikkeflaske; Utetrening: joggesko, refleksvest, hodelykt, treningsklær, drikkeflaske; Rulleski available for loan.
- Fees: Green: 200 NOK, Blue: 400 NOK, Red: 400 NOK, Black: 600 NOK. Covers training setup, races, and first training pizza. Free for parents acting as trainers.
- Parental Involvement: Encouraged to participate actively, provide feedback, and help at club events.
- Registration: Send completed form to club contact by Oct 12.
