The 2022 soccer 3rd class referee update lecture will be held.

Those who have had a fever or cold symptoms within 2 weeks before the lecture are also asked to refrain from attending.
Masks are required during the lecture, and those who do not wear masks will not be allowed to attend.
Disinfectant solution will be provided at the entrance of the lecture hall, and disinfection is required when entering.
Regular ventilation will be performed during the lecture to prevent infection.

The registration fee is 6,500 yen for general participants (19 years old and above) and 2,000 yen for youth (18 years old and below).
The application period and deadline vary depending on the lecture date and location.
The lecture will be held at various locations in Nagano Prefecture, including the Suwa City Cultural Center, Matsumoto City Sanpro Hall, and Ina City Disaster Prevention Community Center.
Participants are required to bring their registration certificate, rulebook, referee diary, payment confirmation document, writing utensils, and mask.
The lecture may be canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus, and the registration fee and lecture fee will be refunded in such cases.
