The communication process consists of eight stages: sender, message, encoding, channel, receiver, decoding, feedback, and noise. The purpose and objectives of communication include exchanging information, developing plans, implementing plans, facilitating policy formulation, achieving organisational goals, organising resources, coordinating, directing subordinates, motivating employees, creating consciousness, increasing efficiency, bringing dynamism, and improving labour-management relationships.
