Key Requirements:

Visiting Procedure: All NMH mentors and tutors must sign in at Main Reception, providing their agency details. They require a visitor badge and valid ID to access restricted areas.
Room Access: NMH workers need a visitor badge, agency ID, and student accompaniment to enter Aston Library or other restricted areas.
Room Booking: The Enabling Team offers limited rooms for NMH support, prioritizing students with mental health or autistic spectrum conditions. Bookings are weekly and not block-booked. Rooms must be vacated by 5:00 PM daily.
Alternative Locations: If the Enabling Team is unavailable, consider Conference Aston (a private enterprise) or the first floor of the Library (for less confidential support).
Photocopying/Printing: NMH workers are responsible for providing necessary documentation and records. They cannot use University printers/photocopiers unless authorized.
* Parking: No parking is available in University car parks except for Blue Badge holders. The nearest pay-and-display car park is Millennium Point, a 5-minute walk from the Main Building.
