Summary

Die Digitalisierung der beruflichen Ausbildung ist in vielen Bereichen bereits Alltag, 80 Prozent der Lehrkräfte und 64 Prozent der Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder haben sich intensiv mit der Digitalisierung der Ausbildung befasst. Die technische Ausstattung am Lernort wird von 60 Prozent der befragten Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder als sehr gut oder eher gut bewertet, während ein Viertel der Berufsschullehrkräfte die technische Ausstattung als schlecht bewertet. Es besteht Handlungsbedarf bei der Ausstattung der Auszubildenden mit Endgeräten und Software. Berufsschulen und Ausbildungsbetriebe ergänzen einander bei der Vermittlung digitaler Kompetenzen, wobei die Lernorte jeweils eigene Schwerpunkte setzen. Durch digitale Lernmedien können Fachinhalte ebenso wie Selbstkompetenzen erlernt werden.
