This study aims to identify the level of perception of the Iban community towards program officers managing and administering programs under the Skim Pembangunan Kesejahteraan Rakyat (SPKR) and its relationship with community involvement in programs under the scheme, arguing that positive perception leads to high community involvement, contributing to the achievement of poverty eradication program goals, with a quantitative study involving 260 respondents from Iban communities in Sarawak, showing that 82.7% of the community has a moderate level of perception towards program officers, and statistical analysis revealing a significant relationship between the community's perception and their involvement in program activities.
