Summary

Die Region Lund in Schweden ist eine Studentenstadt mit vielen Eigenheiten, wie z.B. einer hohen Dichte an Cafés, Fahrradwegen und Studentenwohnheimen. Die Stadt ist sehr nah an Malmö und Kopenhagen, was viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge bietet. Die ersten zwei Wochen waren sehr gut organisiert, mit einer Mentorengruppe und vielen gemeinsamen Unternehmungen. Die Universität bietet viele Kurse auf Englisch an, aber auch die Möglichkeit, Schwedisch zu lernen. Die Sprachkurse sind sehr unterschiedlich, aber eine gute Möglichkeit, die Sprachkompetenz zu verbessern. Die Lebenskosten in Lund sind höher als in Deutschland, insbesondere die Wohnungskosten. Die Stadt bietet viele kulturelle Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Museen, Galerien und Sportangebote, aber die Preise sind höher als in Deutschland. Ein Fahrrad ist sehr empfehlenswert, da die Stadt sehr fahrradfreundlich ist und es viele ausgebaute Fahrradwege gibt. Die Wohnungssuche kann schwierig sein, aber es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, eine Wohnung zu finden. Insgesamt ist Lund eine sehr empfehlenswerte Stadt für ein Auslandsstudium.
