Clusters in Ukraine face challenges due to disrupted production and distribution chains, necessitating adjustments under martial law. The invasion of Russian troops has led to significant changes in global resource distribution, prompting the international community to exclude Russian and Belarusian companies from global value chains, creating opportunities for Ukrainian businesses. The article explores innovative development of clusters as a basis for Ukraine's economic recovery, focusing on foreign economic activity factors and integration into global and regional businesses through services and international cooperation. Clusters can accelerate economic growth by consolidating existing company potential, obtaining synergies, and participating in new projects related to Ukraine's infrastructure restoration. The study examines the Zaporizhzhia "Engineering – Automation – Machinery" cluster and proposes directions for further integration into EU economics.
