Learner feedback can function as a tool for teacher learning and continuing professional development, with teachers learning from students and adjusting their teaching to meet learner needs and expectations. A 60-hour course, The Second Language Classroom, was offered to 11 trainee teachers, with learner feedback gathered on content, delivery, and assessment tools at three strategic phases. Findings revealed that learners rated problem-solving tasks as effective and considered rapport-building as a major contributor to maximizing learning and confidence-building. The study aimed to explore how learner feedback contributes to teacher learning, leading to continuing professional development, and found that learner feedback provides opportunities for teacher learning, leading to professional growth and development.
