General conditions:
1. Valid educational records
2. No legal prohibition for continuing education
3. Presenting a high school diploma or associate's degree for admission to undergraduate studies

Special conditions:
1. Associate's degree: presenting a championship certificate from the Olympics, Asian games, or world championships
2. Bachelor's degree: presenting a championship certificate from the Olympics, Asian games, or world championships, or being a member of the national team for two years or winning three national championships
3. Master's and doctoral degrees: presenting a championship certificate from the Olympics, Asian games, or world student championships

Steps:
1. Registration on the Sajad system
2. Review of the application by the Students' Affairs Organization
3. Announcement of the date for submitting original documents

Required documents:
1. Original and authenticated championship certificate
2. Original and authenticated educational records
3. Letter from the Federation confirming the championship certificate
4. Letter of commitment from the relevant federation
5. Completed registration form
6. National ID card and birth certificate
7. Four 3x4 photos
