Information regarding lectures is provided on the website of the Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Students will receive updated information from the “18. Administration Office” through the G-MAIL of the Okayama University.

Formalities Procedures

Students must notify the Administration Office of any changes to their name, address, guardians, or guardians' address.
To take a leave of absence, students must submit a "Leave of Absence Request" to the Administration Office by the last day of the month preceding the desired leave start date.
To re-enroll, students must submit a "Re-enrollment Request" to the Administration Office by the last day of the month preceding the desired re-enrollment start date.
To withdraw from the university, students must submit a "Withdrawal Request" to the Administration Office by the first day of the month of the desired withdrawal date.

Class Schedule

Classes are held at the following times:
+ 1st class: 8:40-10:10
+ 2nd class: 10:25-11:55
+ 3rd class: 12:50-14:20
+ 4th class: 14:35-16:05
+ 5th class: 16:20-17:50

Student ID Card

The student ID card certifies that you are a graduate student of Okayama University and should be carried at all times.
Magnets and others may deactivate the ID card, so handle it with care.

Password Notification

A user ID and password are required to use various university systems.
* If you forget your password, visit the Center for Information Technology and Management at Shikata Campus with your valid student ID card.
